Maria Alejandra Arnold (Ale’) is Managing Director and Principal of Templeton & Company’s Family Office. Ale’ has over 20 years of experience working and consulting for high-net-worth families and founders of private companies. She has a multi-disciplinary background and specialties in the areas of Investment Management, Family Governance, Philanthropy, Trust & Estates. Ale’ oversees the management and strategic development of the family office and our advisory teams. She has developed a customized family governance program and created an operating environment that is focused on ethical standards and the family’s core values. She has direct oversight of the family’s overall financial matters, philanthropic strategies, and the development of the human and intellectual capital of the next generations. She is driven by trust, the mission, and values of both the families and the Company.

Ale’ is a supporter of the Arts and early childhood education. She lives in Fort Lauderdale with her husband Keith Arnold, and daughter Cady.
