Clint Berg is a Partner in Templeton & Company’s Tax Services Division. He offers more than 15 years of experience providing tax services, tax planning, and tax consulting. He assists clients on all federal and state tax issues and focuses on ASC 740, Accounting for Income Taxes reporting, for various clients. Additionally, Clint focuses on high-quality client service and assists clients in identifying tax planning opportunities to lead to permanent tax savings.

Clint served as a Tax Senior Manager for Deloitte Tax LLP in Miami, working for the firm for over 13 years. It was there he championed the South Florida ASC 740, Accounting for Income Taxes, team. Clint joined Templeton & Company in 2020 and continues to provide dedicated client service.
