Opportunity

We are seeking a Front Desk Administrative Assistant to perform front office reception duties and a variety of administrative support task in our Fort Lauderdale office. Performance is evaluated based on the ability to present a positive first impression, judged on accuracy and efficiency in completing the tasks. 

Essential Functions:

  • Present a positive first impression for clients and guests whether answering company calls or greeting guests.
  • Collect, sort, distribute and prepare mail, faxes, messages and courier deliveries
  • Maintain general office and break room appearance
  • Maintain office and break room supplies
  • File, maintain, scan and update records using firm technologies
  • Assist with firm-sponsored events, in-house luncheons and staff meetings
  • Complete other administrative duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong analytical skills and an attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform work with little or no supervision.
  • Excellent grammar, punctuation, spelling, and writing skills. 
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to utilize resources available to complete assigned projects.
  • Knowledgeable in the use of Microsoft Office Suite .
  • Familiarity with overall company operations and an ability to understand correlations between internal operating departments.

Training and Experience:

  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience working at a professional services firm
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
