Position Summary: CAAS Accounting Manager
The CAS Accountant plays a key leadership role in delivering high-quality accounting services to our clients. This solution-oriented professional will oversee client engagements, review work prepared by team members, meet directly with clients, assist in annual evaluations, and perform other management duties as assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple client engagements
- Review of financial statements and accounting work
- Provide strategic guidance and actionable insights to clients
- Support and mentor team members
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of services
- Collaborate with internal departments to enhance client experience

- Proficiency in accounting software and systems
- Deep understanding of general ledger accounting and financial statement preparation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting (required)
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably with multiple clients
- Strong knowledge of GAAP
- Advanced Excel skills (Word & PowerPoint preferred)
- Experience with QuickBooks Online/Desktop; Great Plains/MS Dynamics a plus
- Familiarity with Bill.com or similar platforms
